- I have the same problem but I've just loaded the latest software today to my Mac OS 10.15.6. Everything works for printing and the image garden, but the scanner is greyed out and if I scan from the IJ Utility or directly from the printer (MX925) I get the same message 'Cannot display the scan result in My Image Garden because you do not have permission to access the folder in which the scan.
